Position: Lead Sales Executive - Christopher Mobley Clothing Store

Job Overview: The Lead Sales Executive at Christopher Mobley is responsible for leading all aspects of the store's operations, team, and community presence. This dynamic role demands a high level of commitment to elevating both sales performance and the customer experience, as well as a passion for tailored clothing and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a key driver in establishing Christopher Mobley as the premier luxury clothing destination.

Responsibilities:

Boost Sales Goals and Team Performance:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for the store.
  • Monitor and drive team performance through effective coaching and mentorship.

Recruit, Train, and Mentor Sales Associates:

  • Lead the recruitment of top sales talent.
  • Train and develop a team of associates to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes growth and accountability.

Drive Elevation of the Store Experience:

  • Create a wow-ing experience through above and beyond service, attention to detail, store cleanliness, knowledge of the industry, and merchandising
  • Continually improve and innovate the store layout, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.

Lead Store Operations:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, e-commerce order fulfillment, and HR functions.

Manage scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.

  • Grow Tailored Clothing Division:
  • Become an expert in tailored clothing to offer personalized services and guidance.
  • Develop and expand the tailored clothing experience 

Expectations:

Assume Full Responsibility for the Store's Success Across Multiple Areas:

  • Sales: Drive top-line revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Management: Oversee a team of sales associates, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Operations: Ensure efficient operations, inventory management, and administrative processes.
  • Customer Experience: Cultivate an inviting, high energy, relationship-driven atmosphere for all customers. 
  • Training: Provide continuous training for associates on sales, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Human Resources: Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
  • E-Commerce Fulfillment: Oversee online order processing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Community Engagement:

  • Build relationships within the community to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Host in-store events such as trunk shows, cocktail hours, and networking events to create a vibrant community hub.

Innovative Store Additions:

Lead the integration of a barbershop within the store as part of the overall customer experience.

  • Ensure Christopher Mobley is recognized as the most elevated, customer-centric clothing experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong understanding of tailored clothing and a commitment to becoming an expert in the field.
  • Proven track record in sales performance, team leadership, and community engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to customer service.
